I first heard of The Cheerful Cake Company at the wedding fayre at Easterbrook hall in February 2010.  Ashley was there with a table of gorgeous cakes, photographs of her work and plates of samples to try.  I tried the chocolate cake which was the lovely and would have had more if I didn't have a wedding dress to fit into!  

I had picked up one of the company's cards and when it came to deciding on someone to make our cake I didn't consider anyone else.  I had looked on the website and had a few ideas, and from there I contacted Ashley via the website.  Ashley couldn't have been more helpful.  Questions and ideas I thought were silly were answered promptly, cheerfully and Ashley took on board all of my requests. 

I trusted that Ashley knew best and asked her opinion throughout the consultation process, which she offered in a friendly and helpful way offering different options for me to choose from. 

Our fabulous cake shows that she certainly does know best and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding cake.  Ashley ensured it complimented the theme of our wedding and that it tasted delicious too.  Our cake was praised throughout the day of the wedding and afterwards whenever our wedding has been talked about. 

I couldn't thank The Cheerful Cake Company more for the excellent service they provided during the consultation, the delivery of the cake and the actual finished product.  The cake looked fantastic and tasted as good as it looked.  I would highly recommend The Cheerful Cake Company to anyone.
